How do I cancel an order? If you want to cancel an order you have placed, please email me at [email protected] ASAP. If your order has already shipped out, you’ll have to return the item for the refund.

I typed in the wrong address/zip code, how do I correct that? Please email me at [email protected] with your order # if you have typed an incorrect address. As long as your order has not shipped out, we can make that change for you.

How do I check the status of my order? We will send you a tracking code, so you can follow your package on usps.com. Until it has been shipped, there is no way to track it, other than emailing me at [email protected].

How long does it take to process an order? Orders can take up to five business days to process before they ship out (Saturday, Sunday and Holidays are not considered business days).

The shirt I’m looking at is out of stock in the size I need. When is it going to be restocked? Right now, we're looking at moving ahead rather than backward, so restocking is likely out of the question. If you'd like to email [email protected], I'm always willing to see if there's anything I can do.

What shipping options do I have? All orders are shipped through USPS. Orders of two tshirts or fewer are sent USPS First Class in a custom polyurethane mailer, and all orders larger than that are shipped in USPS Flat Rate boxes.

I did not receive an email confirmation with my order #, why is this? The confirmation email may have went to your spam/junk folder. If the email is not in your spam/junk folder the email address may have been typed incorrectly during checkout. There's always the chance that for some reason our system messed up and didn't send it out as well, so email me at [email protected] and I'll get you a receipt.

I’m trying to purchase an item, but my size isn't in the dropdown box. What’s the deal? Sizes are only shown when they are in stock. If your size isn't shown, we're out. Sorry.

I have an order that is time sensitive. How do I make sure it arrives on time? If you have an order that is time sensitive, email me at [email protected] and we can discuss alternate shipping methods.

I am ordering internationally. How long will it take for my order to arrive? Once the order has shipped out from our warehouse it can take between 2-6 weeks to arrive. Be sure to check with your local post office/customs on a regular basis (there is a chance they are holding onto it because you owe a duty or tax on the package). If you do not receive your package within 6 weeks, please contact us.

Is there a way to track international orders? We have no way of tracking international orders at this time.

Do you offer refunds or exchanges?Yes, if you received the wrong size or decide you don't like the shirt, we will take back any unwashed, unworn shirt. There will be a $2 restocking fee, and you will be required to cover the shipping to return the shirt as well as the shipping to you in the first place. Please email me at [email protected] before you send us back your shirt because we have specific procedures to follow for returns and exchanges.

What if I never receive my order?Your order is being tracked by USPS so that we can confirm delivery. If it is somehow lost in the mail system, you can file a complaint with USPS. If it is an international order, we will usually be quite willing to give you a refund, minus a $2 per shirt refund fee to prevent fraud and the shipping cost as well.

Does the $2 restocking fee apply to every item returned? The $2 restocking is a one-time fee that covers everything being returned and exchanged in a single package.

Can I special order a size that is not available on the website for a particular design (Youth Extra Large, 2XL, 3XL, etc.)? Unfortunately the sizes you see on the website are the only sizes available.
